I am an experienced therapist and human working with a major variety of people, teen, adult, elderly, and couples who have had major challenges and/or traumatic experiences. I can offer a variety of treatment methods to address anxiety, depression and other disturbing emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with many life experiences that have installed within me extreme empathy, compassion, and advocacy. I have always understood and helped folks, and am proud to be able to connect with folks of diverse backgrounds, everybody.
