About me
I am a warm, down-to-earth therapist and artist who offers more than a place to talk—I help adults make sense of what they have been through, break patterns that keep them stuck, reconnect with their resilience, and create meaningful change that feels authentically their own.
Life can get messy. Healing can be messy, too. I believe therapy should be a place where you can bring all of it—the parts you understand, the parts you avoid, the parts you are proud of, and the parts you are still trying to make sense of.
I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LC-ADC), therapist, artist, and founder of PiC Wellness. With more than a decade of experience and advanced education in addictions counseling and mental health wellness, I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and those difficult seasons when you may look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or stuck on the inside.
My style is warm, genuine, creative, and down-to-earth. I am not a sit-back-and-nod therapist. I believe in real conversation, meaningful connection, thoughtful challenge, practical tools, and the occasional well-timed laugh. I will meet you with compassion and without judgment, while also helping you look honestly at patterns that may no longer be serving you. You do not need perfect words, a polished story, or a clear roadmap before beginning therapy. You simply need a place to start.
As both a therapist and an artist, I believe there are many ways to heal. My work blends evidence-based and trauma-informed care with mindfulness, creativity, self-compassion, connection to nature, and a deep respect for the individuality of each person I meet. Therapy with me is not about fitting you into a box or reducing your story to a diagnosis. It is about understanding the whole person—where you have been, what you have survived, what you carry, what you value, and what you want your life to become.
At PiC Wellness, I believe healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with yourself, reclaiming your voice, recognizing your resilience, and creating a life that feels more intentional, connected, and authentically your own. You are allowed to grow, change direction, begin again, and discover that there may be more possibility ahead than you can see right now.
If you are ready for therapy that is compassionate, honest, collaborative, and deeply human, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
