Whether you're a parent seeking therapy for your child or teen, or an individual seeking therapy for yourself, finding the right therapist can feel intimidating. I strive to foster a warm environment that's uniquely yours. Therapy is a space that will always be for you, even in the midst of overwhelming life circumstances. If your child is struggling with big emotions, or you're an adult trying to navigate all that life has thrown at you, I can offer a judgement-free space to explore and grow into a confident individual. I tailor my approach to each client, so that I can meet you where you are.
I utilize creative, strengths-based approaches to support you or your child in emotional regulation, building healthy relationships, and improving communication. If you or your child is affected by trauma, I'm able to offer support there as well. These experiences can be challenging to process, so I prioritize your safety and comfort first and foremost.
