About me
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Are you ready to feel more confident and capable and build a life that feels satisfying and like your own? You want healthier relationships, but you’re exhausted by anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, people-pleasing, poor boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone and everything. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I’ve supported adults since 2017 through anxiety, difficult relationships, trauma, and major life changes.
Painful intimate or family relationships may have left you questioning your needs, instincts, or sense of who you are. You may recognize the same patterns repeating, even though you’ve tried hard to break the cycle. You’re ready to feel more confident, set healthier boundaries, and build relationships where you don’t feel like you’re losing yourself so everyone else stays happy.
I provide online individual therapy for adults throughout Texas with a focus on high-functioning anxiety, intimate and family relationship issues, emotional and psychological abuse, attachment patterns, people-pleasing, self-worth, divorce, breakups, dating, and starting over.
Therapy with me is warm, conversational, and focused on what will help you move forward. I’ll encourage and support you while also helping you recognize the patterns, actions, thoughts, or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. My work is grounded mainly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also drawing from attachment-focused and psychodynamic perspectives within a trauma-informed approach. I’m also Gottman Level 1 trained and completing certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC).
I believe people make sense in the context of what they’ve lived through. The patterns you want to change may have once helped you feel safe, accepted, or connected. Together, we can understand where those patterns came from, change what is no longer working, and help you feel more confident in the choices you make.
I welcome people of different gender identities, orientations, cultures, faiths, and family structures. My practice is built on honesty, humor, and being fully yourself in therapy without judgment.
Outside of counseling, I’m a wife, a mom of two elementary-aged boys, and a dog-mom. I like spending time outdoors, especially when I’m spending time at the lake with my family, playing in rivers, hiking, swimming, etc.
