About me
Hi, I'm CJ, and I'm here to help. I am a compassionate LGBTQ+ trauma therapist.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples - especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community - through current and past traumas; grief and loss, including pet loss; exploring gender, sexuality, and other forms of self-identity; and navigating the emotional ups and downs of life.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I know what it's like to not be understood - and I promise to see and support you, just the way you are, no matter what. Whether you need a safe place to let go of what you're carrying, or just want a little support to get through the day, I will go into the dark places with you and help you find hope.
