About me
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of emotionally harmful relationships. If you’re struggling with self-doubt, overthinking, low self-esteem, or difficulty setting boundaries, therapy can help you process past experiences, rebuild self-trust, and develop healthier relationship patterns. When necessary, I may incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help reduce distress connected to difficult memories.
I take a collaborative, flexible approach to therapy, meeting you where you are each session. You can bring whatever feels most important that day, or I can help guide the conversation when you're unsure where to start. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and safe being open and honest. I use psychoeducation to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and body responses connect. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop practical tools you can use outside of sessions to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. When appropriate, I'll gently invite you to explore deeper emotions or experiences that may be contributing to what you're feeling today. Healing can involve making space for emotions you've had to hold in or push aside, always at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
