About me
FOUNDER OF CARING CONVERSATIONS CENTER, LLC
Helping individuals reconnect with themselves, heal from within, and build a life that feels authentic and aligned.
I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or low self-esteem, and are looking for a deeper sense of clarity, balance, and purpose in their lives.
My approach to therapy is holistic and rooted in emotional intelligence, self-compassion, and personal growth. I believe that healing is not just about managing symptoms, but about understanding your experiences, reconnecting with your values, and learning how to respond to life in a way that feels true to who you are. Together, we explore what is holding you back while building healthier emotional habits that support long-term well-being.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. When you are ready, I am here to support you on that journey.
