About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York and New Jersey with over 10 years of professional experience supporting teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, and depression.
My therapeutic approach integrates Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to create a balanced and deeply supportive environment. Through an existential lens, I help clients explore meaning, purpose, and personal responsibility especially during life transitions and periods of uncertainty. Using CBT, we identify and challenge thought patterns that contribute to distress, developing practical tools for emotional regulation and behavioral change. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I prioritize empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout our work together.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you hold the inner resources and strengths needed to overcome life’s challenges. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and authentic life and to take the first steps toward meaningful change. I am here to support, guide, and empower you on that journey toward growth, clarity, and emotional well-being.
