About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and the founder of Evolve Counseling Collective LLC, a private practice in the heart of Pueblo, Colorado dedicated to helping the Pueblo community. I have been working in this field for the past 12 years and believe this is my lifes purpose. I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their inner landscape. Together we work to resolve any internal and external conflicts. I utilize interventions to address both the body and the mind, as the mind-body connection is where we find the greatest healing. Interventions used depend on client needs and preferences; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, Bilateral therapy, and Brainspotting. I work with clients to address anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, relationship problems and family dynamics. My focus is on healing, personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families heal from anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, addiction, overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Together we work towards meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the understanding that healing occurs when we tend to the mind and the body. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, BST, mindfulness, somatic work, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their patterns, regulate emotions, process painful experiences, and reconnect with their strengths. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical, offering a place to be deeply heard while also applying tools for growth and change.
At the heart of my work is this: I truly care about people. I believe each person has incredible resilience within them, even when life has made that hard to see. My goal is to create a space where clients can feel empowered, supported, and equipped to heal, not just cope, but genuinely evolve into the fullest version of themselves.
