About me
I am a limited license counselor with experience working with both children and adult populations. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic illness.
I tend to gravitate most towards a person-centered approach to counseling and believe that clients are the experts in their own lives. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey, offering encouragement and support. I also pull from cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients in identifying and challenging negative beliefs and reframing these cognitions to a more positive belief system.
