My practice focuses on helping clients work through stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-esteem concerns. My therapeutic approach is deeply affirming and inclusive, with particular expertise in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, young adults, veterans, and those experiencing workplace stress, relationship difficulties, and personal identity exploration.
