I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker with specific specialization and interest in treating, trauma, suicidal ideation and associated problems, and childhood issues. I work with individuals across the lifespan and am excited to journey alongside you.

I am a father of three and have been married for just over 7 years. I love to workout, play the drums, and of course read up on psychological topics. I am a licensed clinical social worker and a registered play therapist and am enrolled in Walden University's PhD program aimed at helping me become a developmental psychologist. I look to take people where they are and meet them there, indeed that is the reason Sol Healing and Wellness was started. The journey of healing mind and soul needn't be done alone. I specialize in and have worked with intensely over the years issues of trauma, of suicide, and in childhood. With that said, I have worked with a wide range of clientele across the lifespan. From Psychosis to forming identity, from suicide to maintaining healthy relationships with others and your run of the mill anxiety. Additionally, I have experience working a wide variety of modalities(including, IFS, EMDR, ACT, DBT, the Unified Protocol, various forms of play therapy, Adlerian Theory, and more!) and will work with you to help you find the modality that works best for you so that you can reach deep and get to the root of the issue. This really will become your therapy and I hope that you find that you're stronger then you thought you were and more beautiful then you thought you could become. I will put my best foot forward in efforts to support you on this journey we take together and will be honored to be a part of it regardless of the hardship that may lie ahead.
