About me
I work primarily from a cognitive behavioral framework but take an integrative approach—because no two stories are the same. While sessions may sometimes follow a structured format, I believe flexibility is essential. Therapy is your space, and we’ll use it in whatever way best supports your goals and growth.
I typically work with adults on the autism spectrum, individuals with ADHD, and people navigating anxiety, depression, panic, identity concerns, executive functioning challenges, and everyday stressors. My clients can expect a space that offers relief, reflection, and meaningful progress. Together, we’ll explore your challenges with honesty and compassion. It may feel uncomfortable at times—because growth often begins in discomfort.
I entered this work to make a real difference in people’s lives. If I can help you take even the first step toward lasting change, then I’m fulfilling my purpose.
I’m a parent to two amazing boys—one of whom is on the autism spectrum—and that experience has deeply shaped how I approach both life and therapy. I’m also a Marine Corps veteran who grew up in public housing in Queens, NY. These parts of my story give me a grounded, real-world perspective on struggle, resilience, and the power of support.
As a therapist, I bring that same down-to-earth, compassionate energy into the room. I’ve often been told I bring a warm and grounded presence to therapy, which helps people feel safe being themselves. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether we’re unpacking identity, navigating neurodivergence, or making sense of life’s chaos, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Outside of work, I recharge by exercising, spending time with family, watching reality TV (guilty pleasure!), and getting into a good anime series. I try to live by the same principles I bring into therapy: honesty, empathy, humor, and a belief that people can grow in ways they never thought possible.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone in your corner, I’m here. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Reach out today to get started.
