I find the empirically supported Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, along with other behavioral and cognitive therapies, gifts for those experiencing depression, anxiety, and life events. As a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I strive to help those with ADHD understand, cope, adjust, and thrive.

I specialize in providing online ADHD therapy, executive functioning coaching, and burnout support for adults, college students, and teens throughout Texas and Colorado.
