I am a licensed mental health therapist who has provided services in New York and the greater Atlanta metro area. During my career, I have had the opportunity to serve diverse populations including men and women of color, clients with inequities stemming from socioeconomic status, members of the LGBTQIA community, clients with substance abuse histories, the newly diagnosed and long-term HIV positive client, and I have assisted the New York State parolee system’s forensic population providing therapy as a component of the reentry process.

Therapeutic Transformation LLC is an exclusively Telehealth-based private practice. It was created to help adult clients navigate through the internal journey necessary for reestablishing control and creating the blueprint necessary for the acquisition of positive change and mental wellness. The process begins with the therapeutic relationship, exploration of reoccurring challenges, and cultivating a plan that will address the complexities of systemic mental health challenges as well as creating a new lens to view and successfully cope with life’s everyday trials.
The true goal of therapy is self-empowerment. I have had the privilege of working with diverse client populations with issues ranging from the full spectrum of human experiences. The most common issues presented in therapy are interpersonal relationships, work-related stress, depression, and coping with fear, anxiety, and grief.
