I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Addictions Counselor whom specializes working with the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma, addiction, and with major mental illness.

I strive to be a conscientious and empathic counselor. I work with individuals from all walks of life from ages 12 and up. I have specialized training in DBT, EMDR, Seeking Safety, and Parts Work including Ego State Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I have a strong passion working with the LGBTQ+ community, addiction, and trauma.

I am human, as much as you. A mentor once told me "everything is a learning opportunity - either one learns what they want, or one learns what they do not want". I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be accepted and heard. We all have a super power. It would be my honor to help you find yours.
