About me
I enjoy working with Teens and Adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, school or work issues, and couples or family conflict.
I believe therapy is the process of making one's life more satisfying... whether that's by making minor "tweaks," or major overhauls- the goal is to help you find your unique strengths and gifts, decide what it is you believe needs to change, and empower you to take those steps forward! I believe that the job of a therapist is to support, and encourage, to listen and acknowledge, and to challenge our clients to see themselves in new ways. I approach therapy using a variety of techniques all intended to help clients develop insight into their own feelings and motivations, and to take the hard steps to achieve new growth!
We have ALL struggled at one time or another. One of the hardest things for most people is to ask for help. If you're here reading this, you've taken that first step, and that is AMAZING! Making life changes can be hard, but I look forward to walking that path with you! Reach out, and we can talk about what’s going on, and where you'd like your life to be!
