About me
I provide integrative, CBT-based therapy for children, adults, and families, with attention to trauma, culture, and relationships.
I work with individuals and families across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is integrative and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, while also drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive perspectives.
I begin by understanding each client’s concerns in context. This includes exploring thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, life experiences, family patterns, cultural background, and social stressors. When relevant, I also consider trauma history, depressive and anxiety symptoms, and possible neuropsychological or developmental factors that may be affecting functioning.
My goal is to provide therapy that is collaborative, practical, and respectful of each client’s background, values, and goals. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood while building tools for meaningful change.
