About me
With over two decades of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and families, I offer a deeply client-centered approach rooted in compassion, flexibility, and collaboration. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions with therapeutic support that meets them exactly where they are, emotionally, mentally, and sometimes even physically.
My practice is grounded in a foundation of community-based work, where I developed a strong ability to work within complex systems and to show up with respect and curiosity for each person's unique story. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, relational stress, past trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I aim to create a safe, empowering space where you can explore, grow, and heal at your own pace.
Therapeutic work is centered on supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, boundary-setting, and major life transitions. Care is offered to children, teens, adults, and families as they heal from past wounds, manage current stressors, and build meaningful tools for lasting change. There is a strong commitment to working with individuals processing trauma, both acute and complex. The focus is on creating emotional safety, gently exploring patterns of attachment, and developing healthier coping strategies that support long-term well-being.
Every session is personalized: I draw from a wide range of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices, adapting techniques to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of each client. Whether I’m working with a teenager overwhelmed by school and social pressures, an adult navigating career burnout, or a parent struggling with intergenerational dynamics, I offer a nonjudgmental space to explore, experiment, and grow.
Our work together is grounded in collaboration and guided by your values, goals, and readiness. I offer flexible strategies and ongoing feedback, including therapeutic assignments tailored to fit into your life and not add to your stress. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, respected, and empowered and my goal is to be a trusted partner in that process.
