About me
I am a licensed therapist helping adults navigate anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a season of life you didn’t expect?
You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you’re carrying a lot—worry, grief, relationship stress, or a sense that something just isn’t right. Therapy can be a place to finally slow down, exhale, and stop carrying it all alone.
I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what’s really going on—without pressure to have the “right” words or quick solutions. Together, we’ll gently untangle what’s been weighing on you, gain clarity around patterns that keep showing up, and build practical tools so you can move forward feeling more grounded and confident.
Clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. Many say they feel comfortable opening up early on because I balance deep empathy with a calm, steady presence (and the occasional touch of humor when appropriate). I believe healing happens in connection—when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, adjusting to a loss or change, or struggling in your relationships, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring each session to your unique experiences, goals, and personality. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed”—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, building self-compassion, and developing tools that create meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.
If starting therapy feels intimidating, that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Reaching out is simply the first step toward feeling more supported, more balanced, and more like yourself again.
If you’re ready to see whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. I would be glad to connect and help you take the next step forward.
