About me
Creating a Safe Space for Your Story, Your Struggles, and Your Growth
Life can feel heavy—but you don’t have to carry it alone. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can slow down, exhale, and talk about what’s really going on. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been weighing on you, find fresh perspectives, and build the skills you need to move forward with confidence and hope.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I became a therapist because I believe that healing happens in connection—when someone is genuinely present with you through the difficult, messy, and uncertain moments of life. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up quickly because I bring both empathy and a grounded sense of humor into our work together. I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach draws from evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but I adapt each session to fit your unique needs and personality. I know taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have it all figured out before you start. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and build practical tools so you can move toward the life you want—one with more clarity, self-compassion, and genuine peace. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—one where you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your story, explore your feelings, and discover new ways forward. My approach combines compassion with practical strategies, helping you not only understand what you’re going through, but also develop tools to create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that feels right. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your strengths, embrace self-compassion, and build the life you deserve—one that feels authentic, balanced, and deeply fulfilling.
