About me
I'm a therapist with experience supporting individuals through significant life transitions and the challenges that accompany them. I work with clients navigating change, loss, and the emotional toll that can come from caring deeply for others. Especially women’s health- women who are going through new phases in life; pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, divorce, and menopause. I have been a nurse for 30 years with primary background in women’s health. I have been a licensed counselor for five years.
My approach is grounded in compassion and genuine understanding. I believe that therapy works best when it's a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and supported at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build insight and resilience as you move through life's shifts.
I'm committed to creating a welcoming space for all clients, and I particularly enjoy working with older adults. I approach this work with warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for your unique experiences and values.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
