I have a passion to walk alongside individuals to offer support and encouragement by creating a safe space where you feel heard and valued. My goal is to be able to offer specific tools that are going to help you in being able to address the different challenges you are facing. I use an integrative approach by incorporating several modalities to provide the most effective treatment. Some modalities utilized are CBT, DBT, strengths based, EMDR, and a biblical approach for those interested.

I am passionate about helping others. I have been in the helping field for over 16 years. I have worked with various different populations over the years. I care deeply about people and desire to create a space that is warm and inviting where people feel known and cared about. I have my own practice it is called Redeemed Counseling. Redeemed counseling was birthed out of a desire to see people experience freedom and live redeemed lives. It is my belief as well as my experience that God desires healing and breakthrough for his children and desires for people to walk in freedom from the things that entangle and keep them from living life to the fullest.
