About me
Hello!
I welcome your interest in seeking out a therapist to work with and hope to provide some information here to help guide your choice.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) with over nine years of experience. I have a passion for helping adults navigate life’s complexities with more clarity, compassion, and connection. My focus is on supporting people who are moving through transitions, processing trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves and their sense of meaning.
My approach is eclectic and strength based, grounded in a thoughtful application of theories and interventions that can support well-being and self-expression. I draw from person-centered, art therapy, gestalt, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed practices. I strive to bring a warm, down-to-earth presence to sessions.
I received my Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions in 2015 and have stayed active in seeking additional education and training, including a three year Gestalt training program completed in 2021.
