About me

I specialize in treating grief/loss, anxiety, and depression with adults. However, my practice is not just limited to those problems. I also treat PTSD, ADHD, body image disorders, anger management, pet loss, women's issues and LGBTQ+ struggles. I work with individuals, couples, and groups.
I believe the human spirit is wired to endure and heal. Yet trauma, loss, and life's burdens can create patterns that keep us stuck. Therapy offers a place to notice those patterns with compassion- so that you may explore the feelings they guard and practice new ways of responding. The aim is to have more satisfying relationship with yourself and your world.
