About me
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, and Substance Use Disorders. Using a holistic approach, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, identify contributing factors, and create a personalized healing plan. Many clients notice relief within the first month, with sustained progress over time.
I use a compassionate, holistic approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to support mind-body healing. In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you in and co-create a plan. Together, we’ll shift limiting thought patterns and foster emotional balance, resilience, and self-awareness.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by past experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, or substance use, you’re likely seeking relief, healing, and someone who truly listens without judgment. You may want to feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and others. My role is to walk beside you with empathy and care, helping you find clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we’ll create a path forward that supports your healing and growth in a way that honors your unique story.
With 20+ years in the field and 14+ years in counseling, I offer a compassionate, holistic approach rooted in trauma-informed care. I specialize in co-occurring disorders and substance use recovery, using CBT, mindfulness, and wellness-based practices to support healing of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story without judgment and begin the work of healing. If you’re ready to reconnect with your inner strength, grow beyond what’s holding you back, and move toward lasting wellness, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
