About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, my work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrative approaches that promote insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change. I take a direct, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients identify patterns, build practical skills, and move toward more balanced and intentional lives.
Life’s challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy offers the opportunity to gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
When life feels overwhelming, the right support can make all the difference. Therapy offers a space to pause, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes that improve how you experience your life and relationships.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including providing individual, group, and in-home therapy. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is both compassionate and direct. Using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrative therapeutic approaches, I help clients identify the patterns and behaviors that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we focus on building practical skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating healthier ways of thinking, coping, and relating to others.
Clients often come to therapy feeling exhausted by the weight of daily stress, emotional pain, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. My role is to help you make sense of those experiences, develop effective strategies for change, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling.
