About me
Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of counseling experience helping children, adolescents and young adults with a multitude of life issues.
I take a strengths approach to counseling, focusing on individual's assets and protective factors to solve life issues. I am warm and welcoming and make sure that every individual in my practice feels supported and ready to make the changes necessary to feel success. I have experience working with youth who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger issues, socialization issues, and autism. I am an ADHD certified clinical provider and I am certified in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I also have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to help individuals make progress and feel better.
