About me
Are you an ambitious, high achiever who can’t seem to quiet those relentless inner battles? You push hard and show up for everyone, yet still find yourself caught in anxiety spirals, self-doubt, and the nagging feeling that you’re never enough. The racing thoughts and constant pressure to hold it all together are exhausting. You’re tired of the mental buzzing and worried anxiety will steal yet another moment of your life.
I get it—I’ve been there. If you’re ready to slow your thoughts, feel grounded and confident, and finally live without anxiety calling the shots, I’m here to help you get there. My specialties are in the treatment of anxiety disorders, eating disorders, depressive disorders, and life transitions.
My goal is to make therapy a protected, collaborative space—one where you can slow down, breathe, explore, and figure things at a pace that is most comfortable for you.
With me, you’re welcome to bring your whole self—your struggles, questions, and hopes—and know you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Therapy isn’t about judgment or “fixing” anyone. It’s about building insight, tools, and confidence so you can live a fuller, freer life. Even small steps can lead to meaningful shifts over time. My aim is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take back control of your life.
With nearly 20 years of experience and a strong foundation in evidence-based care, I bring a versatile and thoughtful approach to therapy. My work draws from CBT, Person-Centered, Psychoanalytic, and other evidence-based modalities. Together, we’ll identify goals and approaches that help you feel more resilient, empowered, and connected to yourself.
My clients often describe me as empathetic, dedicated, patient, and insightful—with a touch of dry humor and sarcasm when things feel especially heavy. I believe therapy should feel safe, human, and approachable—not cold or clinical. I also deeply value the role therapy has played in my own life, and I bring that perspective into the room by honoring your identity, lived experiences, and complexity.
It’s truly a privilege to work with people of all genders, races, religions, and ethnicities, and I’m a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ and HAES communities.
If you’d like to learn more about how I can help, feel free to reach out—I’d love to connect.
