I’m Christina Vaughans, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in healthcare. My background includes outpatient psychiatry, inpatient care, crisis services, and correctional mental health, giving me experience working with people from many different backgrounds and at different stages of their mental health journey.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe you should have an active voice in your treatment rather than feeling like decisions are being made for you. We’ll talk openly about what you’re experiencing, explore your options, and develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and goals.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. When appropriate, we can explore medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself while we work toward helping you feel and function better.
