About me
Root to Recovery, LLC is operated by a licensed professional counselor specializing in addiction and mental health counseling for teens and adults.
Christina is the owner of Root to Recovery LLC. She has over 10 years of professional experience working with teens and adults. She takes a person-centered approach when providing therapy and intervention services. Every family and individual story is unique, and a one size fits all model does not work which is why Chrisina uses person centered, trauma informed, approaches such as MI, CBT, ACT, narrative and talk therapies. Her therapeutic approach is empathetic, and client driven. Another passion is supervising other clinicians and helping to grow their clinical skills.
Christina is a licensed counselor (LPC) who specializes in co-occurring disorders, trauma, and family interventions. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a certified ARISE Interventionist. Christina completed her graduate studies at Rosemont College where she obtained her degree in counseling psychology with a concentration in addictions.
Christina has a personal passion for helping those in her community suffering from addictions and mental health concerns. Every individual's story is unique, and it is important to work with someone who is willing to patiently walk through the journey with you. Contact Root to Recovery LLC today for a free consultation.
