About me
I help high-achieving and overwhelmed professionals reduce burnout, work stress, and perfectionism so they can feel more grounded and in control of their lives.
I specialize in supporting high-achieving adults and professionals who are navigating burnout, work stress, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Many people come to me feeling overstretched, overwhelmed, or unsure how to slow down long enough to understand what they truly need.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we explore what’s been weighing on you, untangle the pressures that have built up over time, and develop tools that genuinely fit your life. The work is grounding, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more balanced, clear, and capable.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an electrical engineer. I understand what it’s like to push yourself hard, meet constant expectations, and internalize stress. That background shapes the way I work today: practical, compassionate, and deeply respectful of your capacity—even when you’re exhausted or unsure of your next steps.
My practice is fully online for adults across Washington State, with flexible scheduling including weekends. If you’re feeling burned out, stretched thin, or ready for meaningful change, I’d be honored to support you.
