About me
As a licensed counselor and a licensed addiction counselor. I use a trauma-informed approach. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and I am also trained in EMDR. I work with a wide variety of issues. Some of my specialties are working with adult clients struggling with trauma, narcissistic abuse, chronic pain and/or substance use.

I believe the foundation of successful therapy is having a non-judgmental place where it is safe for you to explore your feelings, examine behaviors and challenge thoughts or negative beliefs that may no longer be serving you and holding you back from inner healing and the meaningful life you desire. I work to empower my clients using a strength-based approach where I assist you in identifying, developing, and drawing from your unique strengths and skills.
