Christina Lunsford

I am a mental health therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with teens and adults. I focus on anxiety, depression, life adjustment challenges and family/relationship challenges.

Therapy is a journey toward emotional/mental healing. Life IS hard and many people are just trying to navigate their best way through it, sometimes we could use some help. I am here to support and work with you to manage those life challenges. I enjoy working with clients that recognize they need to do something different to get the life you want. Working together, we find HOPE and Strength when you need it most.
