About me
My goal is for you to feel truly seen, supported, and encouraged throughout our work together. I will partner with you to build personalized coping strategies that fit your life and help you navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns with greater confidence and balance.
I enjoy working with clients across many ages and life experiences, and I believe my ability to connect in a meaningful, authentic way is central to the therapy process. I approach each person with empathy and unconditional support, and I specialize in helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, and challenging life transitions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduated in 2018 with a Master of Arts in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. I have worked in the social service field for over 10 years, gaining experience with a variety of populations and settings while drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults, and I value the unique perspective each person brings to therapy.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my sweet pup. I also love getting lost in a good book, exploring new places, and experiencing the world through travel.
