About me
I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults (especially women) who want more than symptom management. My approach focuses on helping you feel grounded in your body, compassionate toward yourself, and capable of creating meaningful change—at a pace that honors your nervous system.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational therapy and may include EMDR, parts-informed approaches, and nervous-system-based interventions. Rather than pushing insight or revisiting painful experiences too quickly, we focus on building safety, emotional regulation, and trust—both within yourself and within the therapeutic relationship.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, respected, and empowered—not fixed.
