About me
Welcome. I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor in North Carolina with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My work centers on creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters most to you.
I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and grief. I also work with concerns including social anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, attachment issues, body image, self-worth, communication patterns, isolation, life purpose, and major life transitions. I have particular experience supporting women's issues, postpartum challenges, sexual assault recovery, family dynamics, workplace stress, caregiver burnout, financial concerns, and multicultural experiences.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe in meeting you where you are and collaborating with you to build meaningful change at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and values.
I'm honored to support you on your healing journey and appreciate the courage it takes to begin therapy.
