I am honored to meet everyone where they’re at in their life and walk alongside them to becoming the person they want to be while setting down the heavy items that keep them stuck. My focus is with trauma, infertility, neurodivergence, and life changes.

Thank you for considering Turning Pages as a companion on your journey. I believe that everyone has a unique story that can authentically grow when it is witnessed. When we feel seen and heard, we are able to elicit the gifts, skills, and strengths that are vital for enhancing the way that we feel and connect to our lives and others. I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are; offering a warm and inviting environment, creating a space where they can feel safe to tell their story, while feeling empowered to overcoming their insecurities, fears, and challenges.
I have spent the majority of my education and career researching impactful approaches to working through trauma, neurodiversity, infertility, and grief; encouraging growth, acceptance and healing that allows for meaning making and personal acceptance.
It would be a privilege to sit alongside you while navigating and implementing new skills, tools and confidence, creating new pages full of triumph, peace, and contentment.
