Hello! My name is Christin, and I have been working as a therapist for 10 years. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all age groups and diverse backgrounds. My passion lies in helping adults make meaningful changes and receive the support they need to thrive.

In my practice, I use a combination of techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-based therapy. I believe in flexing to the needs and preferences of each client, treating you as a whole person. You are the expert of your own life, and together, we will approach your concerns with respect for your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.

I specialize in a range of areas, including life transitions, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), spirituality, stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to develop a trusting and collaborative relationship with you, so you can create a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.
