About me
Supporting the Growth and Resilience of Children, Teens, and Young Adults Through Compassionate, Evidence-Based Care
As a mental health counselor specializing in work with children, adolescents, and young adults, I provide a safe, supportive space where young people can explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices — including play therapy, CBT, and mindfulness — tailored to meet the developmental and individual needs of each client.
I believe that every young person deserves to be heard, understood, and empowered. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral issues or the stressors of school and social life, I’m here to help. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and tools to strengthen family relationships and support lasting change.
In our work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. Healing and growth are possible, and I’m honored to walk alongside families on that journey.
