Hi, I’m Chris.
I was raised in a family of firefighters and before becoming a therapist, I was a full time Firefighter/AEMT. That chapter of my life gave me a raw, firsthand look at crisis, high-stress environments, and the deep impact of trauma and loss. It also taught me what it truly means to navigate a crisis and come out the other side. Today, I bring that real-world insight into my practice to help people heal, recover, and rebuild.

In my practice, I specialize in working with people who feel stuck. Whether you feel frozen by a traumatic experience, weighed down by grief, trapped in cycles of addiction, or just overwhelmed by life’s stressors, I get it. When you’re in survival mode, it feels impossible to move forward.

My goal is to help you break through that wall. Because everyone processes things differently, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I utilize evidence-based tools designed to help your mind and body finally let go of the stress it’s holding onto. My training and certifications include:
