About me
With a background in mental health and military service, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to counseling that blends trauma-informed care with real-world understanding. My informal style helps clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to have honest conversations and do meaningful work at their own pace.
Christian is an Army veteran with a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University. He is a certified trauma specialist through the Arizona Trauma Institute and has additional training in Instinctual Trauma Response, Somatic Self-Regulation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Christian has experience working with both adults and adolescents navigating the effects of trauma, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. His personal faith serves as a source of strength and guidance, informing a compassionate, grounded approach to care. Christian is dedicated to providing a safe, trauma-informed space where clients can heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of self.
