About me
As a therapist with nearly 20 years of experience working with teens and adults, I focus on anxiety, depression, life adjustment challenges and family/relationship challenges.
Do you feel worried or overwhelmed? Are you stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from the things and people you care about. Are you feeling sad or stuck in negative thoughts? Working together, I bring compassion and practical tools to a session—I help clients better understand their emotional world while building skills to get back to a life that feels manageable and meaningful.
In therapy, we focus on reducing anxiety, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening emotional resilience. I help clients navigate challenges such as chronic anxiety and stress, relationship conflict, attachment issues, self-doubt, and life transitions. I believe meaningful change happens in a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
