About me
I've been licensed since 2010 and have owned my own practice since 2015. I became a Certified Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist in 2023, and I provide individual therapy in partnership with my therapy dog Tee.
I love helping folks who are seeking to live more authentically, and I have particular interest in providing hope for healing after childhood traumatic stress/adversity and religious trauma/deconstruction. I strive to attend to the whole person -- mind, body, and spirit.
I have completed specialized training in Traumatic Stress Studies through the Trauma Research Foundation, Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy through Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado, and Adoption-Competent Mental Health through the Center for Adoption Support and Education.
