About me
I am an experienced trauma informed clinician who is dedicated to helping adults cope with their stress so that they can live the life they choose to live.
I was born to be a social worker and therapist. Since I was a young child I seemed to be tuned in to people struggling with difficulties. Clients have said they feel like I can read their minds as I am very intuitive as well as have encountered my own struggles in life. As a result of my training and lived experiences, I am easily able to connect with people and provide them with compassion and skills. I am also part of the LGBTQ community.
