I am an experienced psychotherapist who is dedicated to healing individuals deal with trauma, addiction and significant mental health issues. I work with children, teens, adults, families and couples.
My clinical style is integrative, which means I have training in many different modalities. I draw on all to find the best solutions for your unique needs. I also integrate nutrition, supplements, mindfulness and overall health into treatment. I am friendly and a bit of a storyteller.
