About me

I’m a counselor-in-training who believes in the power of conversation and genuine connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges and personal growth. (Currently Telehealth only)

Hi, I’m Chloe! I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Northwestern University, dedicated to creating a space where people feel truly heard and supported. I believe everyone has a unique story, and my approach focuses on exploring those narratives together—making sense of experiences and working toward growth.

My counseling style is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, emotion-focused, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches. Whether you're navigating life changes or unpacking past experiences, I’m here to listen and collaborate. While I may be early in my professional journey, I deeply value the wisdom and lived experiences each client brings. I believe healing happens through meaningful conversations, and I approach every session with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to understanding your perspective—no matter your age or background.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s in a CACREP-accredited program and have been a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) since 2024. I’m always learning—especially about how life experiences shape us neurologically, physiologically, and emotionally—to provide thoughtful, individualized support. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Let's connect.
