About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, self-confidence challenges, and life transitions.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to find the best approach for your treatment goals and presenting concerns. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring each approach to fit your individual needs.
I view counseling as a journey—one that is always evolving. No one’s path is perfectly straight, and that’s part of what makes each of us unique. I’ll be there to support you every step of the way, offering a safe space, thoughtful insight, and encouragement as you move through challenges at your own pace.
I look forward to working with you and being part of your counseling journey!
