About me
I am a compassionate and culturally sensitive therapist committed to helping individuals and families find clarity, healing, and balance as they navigate life’s challenges.
Welcome to True Haven Counseling and Wellness Services, a space intentionally created to foster healing, growth, and restoration. I am Chizobam Eze, a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about helping individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered on their journey toward emotional wellness.
My approach to therapy is based on compassion, collaboration, and cultural awareness. I believe that each person has a unique story, and I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, work through challenges, and develop tools to move forward confidently.
I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, ADHD, life transitions, and behavioral challenges. I also support clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps, helping them regain a sense of control and direction in their lives.
At True Haven, therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I customize each session to meet your specific needs, blending evidence-based practices with a holistic, person-centered approach. Whether you're seeking support for personal growth, emotional regulation, or healing from past experiences, we will work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
Beyond counseling, I am committed to serving the community through wellness education, professional development, and mediation services. My goal is to be a resource that not only promotes individual healing but also strengthens families, relationships, and communities.
Starting therapy can be a big step, and I respect the courage it takes to begin. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I am here to support you as you build the life you deserve.
