About me
I help teens, adults, and veterans with anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence. Treatment may include building coping skills, processing trauma, improving emotional regulation, and identifying patterns. You can expect more clarity, stronger boundaries, and tools to handle daily stress with confidence.
I have 14 years of experience in social work, including child protective services, medical settings, inpatient psych, veteran programs, and insurance. I bring a deep understanding of systems and real-world challenges to the therapy space.
Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-focused. In our first session, we'll explore what's bringing you in and look at patterns, challenges, and strengths. I tailor treatment based on your needs, whether that involves processing trauma, learning coping skills, or improving how you respond to stress. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and focused on long-term change.
