I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor who is dedicated to helping individuals ages 13 and above cope with a plethora of mental health diagnosis and life challenges.
I am the owner of Mental Elegance Counseling & Consultation, LLC. My vision is to assist individuals in reaching the level of elegance in their mental health journey that's desired. My goal is to provide a safe space for individuals to feel supported, motivated and empowered while navigating through life's obstacles and challenges. I have over 10 years of experience helping clients explore areas of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties and behavioral concerns.
